Dan jelas saja, setiap rapat dengan para mentrinya, ia tidak bersuara. Ia hanya mendengar saja dari semua orang yang hadir. Ia baru bersuara dan mengambil keputusan penting ketika matahari telah tenggelam. Jika di pagi hari raja telah memutuskan sesuatu, maka menjelang sore hari, seringkali keputusan tersebut berubah.
