SECRETARY
Responsibilities:
Editing, Transcribing and amending legal and other documents including marketing presentations and materials. Convert, Compare, copy type and proofread the same as necessary, ensuring that documents comply with house style.
Facilitating the scanning, photocopying, binding, printing and fax transmission of documents
Filing of all clients and office related materials (both in electronic and paper format), arranging for the archiving of closed physical files off-site and maintaining file lists of new, current and closed files
Managing travel and hotel arrangements including arranging visa applications
Monitoring and managing telephone calls, post and faxes as efficiently as possible
Managing lawyers’ calendars, ensuring that all appointments and conference calls are entered accurately and that appointment conflicts are managed.
Planning, coordinating and setting up of appointments and conference calls (internal and external)
Assisting lawyers with opening new clients and matters
Monitoring and assisting lawyers with the submission of time sheets including following up with lawyers for the purposes of completing missing information
Qualifications:

Ini kantor saya yang terdahulu, ada beberapa posisi untuk wilayah papua, makassar. Monggo silahkan dicoba. Untuk UN agency dan IOM menggunakan PH (personal history) form atau lebih dikenal dengan P11 (standard form nya sama, cuma banyak bgt yg harus d isi) yang wajib dilampirkan bersamaan dengan cv, kalau nda dilampirkan ... ga akan d proses.
Setelah interview, masih ada cross check reference, cross check ijazah biasa nya tlp ke universitas/kampus kemudian minta ijazah dan transkrip nilai u dilegalisir, security check untuk embassy amerika biasa nya cross check lgs ke polres dan tetangga kanan kiri, setelah semua okeh lanjut medical check (yang ini tergantung masing2 agency butuh nya data kesehatan apa aja), khusus iom harus suntik vaksin, polio, check fisik dan mantox (tbc)
Untuk range salary
G 1: 3 juta
G 2 : 5 juta
G 3 : 7 juta
Biasa nya G 1 dan G 2 untuk level supir, G 3 untuk clerk.
G 4 : 9 juta
G 5 : 12 juta
G 4 dan G 5 biasa nya level admin/project assistant (ini tergantung masing2 agency)
G 6 : 17 juta, level officer
G 7 : 22 juta, level spv
Ada beberapa UN yang sampai level G 8, G 9, setelah itu masuk NOA national officer level A, gaji mulai 27 juta, lanjut NOB, NOC kalau ga salah mentok nya 45-50an juta.
Di UN gaji itu bukan suatu yang rahasia macam di private company, satu dengan yang lain tau gaji masing2.
