However, being in a real professional environtment, the the requirement would be different.  I believe, this is universal.. it is not a cultural situation. It is more for the sake of job effiectiveness. Not a matter of right or wrong.

You right sist, when i  was at yunior high school have many passion study in english, my english teacher motivated me learning it more, but afterr graduated and studied at senior high school was losing motivation.
